Skates

Short Track skating is what we do in the San Francisco Bay Area. The nearest Long Track rink is at the Olympic Training center in Kearns Utah, a suburb of Salt Lake City.

Short Track

Short track speed skaters wear:
short track boots and blades
helmets
gloves
knee protection
skinsuits or form fitting exercise clothes
neckguards

Please see the Vendors’ websites for further information about what is currently on the market and what they have available. If you are an inline skater, you may be able to purchase blades to fit your boots. Discuss this with the vendors, or contact me for advice.
